Darren has been here…a long time. He’s our President and owner and the longest tenured employee of KB (albeit by only a few months). He is passionate in most everything he does, including our annual Pickleball tournament, but has brought that passion to our company over the years finding new ways to grow, expand, innovate and be efficient. He believes in building an amazing culture by surrounding himself with amazing people and the successes our company has seen, and the number of long tenured employees is a great example of doing just that. His hope is that our clients understand the work, expertise, and time we put into their business to make them successful. He loves this company and clients we serve.

Alicia is the Vice President of Operations with over 20 years of experience in accounting and human resources. Known for her exceptional leadership skills, she has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and fostering a positive work environment. She is passionate about employee satisfaction and is dedicated to implementing strategies that enhance team performance and engagement. Alicia’s focus in streamlining processes and her commitment to organizational growth have made her instrumental in driving success.

Amber Garland has been in the AP world for almost 8 years now. 4 of those spent here with KELLYBRADY. Her top priority is to make sure vendors are always informed and up to date with what’s going on regarding their accounts. Building relationships with vendors is key and a high priority for her, making communication easy and positive. The job of keeping things organized and scheduled to ensure all tasks are completed in the proper timeframe goes right along with her personality. Away from work Amber is busy keeping the crazy lifestyle of her 4 year old daughter and 6 month old daughter in order.

Alex is a skilled web developer with 5 years of experience, currently excelling at KELLYBRADY. Known for crafting functional and impressive online experiences, he combines creative problem-solving with technical expertise to fulfill clients’ website development needs. Alex is dedicated to continuous learning, whether it’s mastering a new framework or tinkering with the latest tech. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, fishing, and kayaking.

Chris has nearly 30 years experience in the media and agency world, ranging from local Television to working on national accounts in major markets. Chris has expertise researching client’s needs and finding the best media mix to help achieve the intended goals. From knowledge of the television and radio commercial production process to analyzing data from a variety of sources, Chris brings a wide base of understanding to the agency. His strength in developing strong vendor relationships will maximize each clients budget effectively while fostering positive results.

Courtney brings over 20 years of advertising and marketing experience to KELLYBRADY. As a leader of Media Buyers, Media Managers, and Account Executives, she manages a diverse range of accounts, from small local businesses to large corporate enterprises. Dedicated to fostering a collaborative culture, Courtney empowers her team to deliver positive returns on marketing investment for clients and enhance their brand visibility. Her contributions are vital in employee development, expanding clients’ media strategies and crafting effective marketing plans.

As SEO Specialist, Cristen collaborates with the Creative, Development, Digital Marketing, and Account Executive teams to develop new initiatives, create content, and execute clients’ organic search needs. She uses her strong analytical skills to research new opportunities for clients to boost user engagement and web traffic. Cristen thrives on learning and staying up to date on search and marketing trends. She began her career in print and has over 20 years of experience working in various areas of media. She received her bachelor’s degree in communications and New Media. Cristen joined KELLYBRADY in 2022.

Donelle brings 25 years of marketing experience, and she has been instrumental in achieving outstanding results for clients. As a Senior Account Executive, she leverages her expertise to guide clients through multi-media and multi-market strategies. Donelle collaborates closely with clients to develop advertising plans and messaging aligned with their goals, ensuring cohesive execution by internal teams with meticulous attention to detail and efficiency.

Gary Buddell brings 20 years of professional and personal experience in website development to KELLYBRADY as the lead developer. Aiming for excellence in every project, Gary focuses on ensuring optimal design and performance. To stay current with trends and technologies in web development, time is dedicated to discovering innovative ways to bring the art director’s designs to life. Outside of work, Gary enjoys spending time at home with cats and exploring new worlds in video games.

James Barber has 3 years of experience allowing him to bring a knowledgeable yet new approach to advertising at KELLYBRADY. Through curiosity & passion James devotes his time to staying up to date on “best practices” while also constantly exploring new tactics to keep KELLYBRADY ahead of the game. He is never satisfied and always exploring new territories in order to expand his knowledge in advertising. Whether at work or on the golf course, he is constantly striding grow.

Michael is the Social Media Manager at KELLYBRADY, bringing extensive expertise in planning, researching, strategizing, and executing innovative social media campaigns. With a focus on lead generation and brand awareness, he excels in leveraging the Meta advertising platform to transform brand-audience connections. His talent for crafting effective strategies and engaging content ensures client objectives are consistently exceeded. Celebrating nine years at KELLYBRADY, his broad experience across all media categories is a significant asset, enabling him to design and execute robust, integrated campaigns that deliver results. Michael’s dedication and innovative approach continue to set new standards.

Mick has over 19 years of experience at KELLYBRADY, specializing in both online and offline data analysis. He leads a team in assessing media placements and overall outcomes to maximize ROI and supports the internal development team with website and landing page initiatives. Mick also collaborates with the reporting team to ensure that results are presented clearly and effectively on internal and external dashboards. Furthermore, he oversees IT responsibilities, including managing new website developments, maintaining and updating hosted sites and landing pages, and ensuring the security and accessibility of the company’s network and infrastructure.

Nichole has over 27 years of marketing expertise. As a passionate and driven leader, she excels in traditional and digital media, creative development, and strategic marketing across diverse markets. Nichole is dedicated to maximizing ROI and building strong client partnerships. Her career began in print at The Spokesman-Review while attending college at EWU. After graduating, she continued her career at KHQ-TV, before establishing herself KELLYBRADY, where she has found her long-term professional home.

Ryan Odle joined KELLYBRADY in 2013 after serving over four years in the United States Air Force. During his time in the Air Force Ryan held many leadership positions and customer focused roles. Ryan’s expertise lies within online lead generation, specifically within the Google paid search, paid display, YouTube video advertising and programmatic advertising with Demand Side Platforms (DSPs). He maintains current Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Programmatic certifications. As the manager of the digital department Ryan oversees all paid digital media as well as managing accounts for our clients and utilizing multiple platforms to help improve the paid digital media accounts and ROIs.

Scott Stucker has over 13 years of experience working in the creative field. His vast experience brings a holistic approach to design for KELLYBRADY’s clients. As the Art Director he remains relentlessly curious and dedicates his time to keeping up on creative trends and ensuring our creative solutions are authentic, lasting, and impactful. He understands there is no single, absolute solution to any given problem; immersing himself in different avenues allows him to keep the user experience in the forefront of his design thinking. He is always exploring new territories in order to achieve unique solutions for every project and client. Whether traveling or at home building a chicken coop, his skills are at some point being put to work.
